      APEXpert Holistic Paws Care provides exceptional pet care services.  I have two senior cats that require a higher skill set than basic pet sitting needs, including medical observation and a more complex food and supplement routine. I was nervous about hiring someone to care for them while I was out of town for ten days until I discovered Pamela at APEXpert. This was the perfect choice!  She spent an hour with me before I left to go over instructions and meet the two kitties. She took extensive notes, asked questions, and introduced herself to the cats in a gentle manner.   While I was out of town she visited twice daily and sent updates and photos that documented any potential symptoms.  She administered medications correctly and kept all cat areas clean and orderly.  Her level of care and attention to detail gave me the assurance that my pets were not only with a trustworthy individual, but under the watchful eye of someone with a broad understanding of pet health and safety.       It has been wonderful working with APEXpert Holistic Paws Care and Pamela. We consider our cats a part of our family, and Pamela went above and beyond when she cared for them at our home. She really put us at ease while we were out of town. Pamela is professional, respectful, kind, and compassionate. Her process was very thorough and included in-depth intake forms and an initial meeting with us and our cats. While we were gone, Pamela made sure to text us photos, videos, and notes during her visits. She also provided us with a final care experience write-up. We feel very comfortable leaving our cats and home in Pamela's care. We booked APEXpert's services again for our upcoming week-long trip, and we will continue to partner with Pamela and her business in the future.

      We hit the jackpot with Pamela - she deserves more than 5 stars! She has been the best pet-sitter I have ever experienced. I have 3 cats, one of whom needs oral medication twice weekly and an injection every 10 days. Pamela accommodates his needs with such ease and puts my mind at ease when we are away. She goes above and beyond on each visit, always playing with each cat individually, refilling food and water bowls even if they aren’t empty, and cleaning the litter boxes even when they might not need it. We have a security camera and have unintentionally caught her being so sweet to our kitties - her passion for animals is so evident and makes me so comfortable leaving them in her hands. What really sets Pamela apart from others is her communication. She texts when she arrives, sends numerous pictures and videos each visit, and then leaves a report card for each visit. She is extremely responsive by phone or email. She makes payments very easy via Zelle. She is very flexible with dates and times needed. When we first started with her, she came to our house while I was there to meet the cats and get acquainted with our home, which made me feel so comfortable knowing her personally and showing her everything in person, especially having a cat with some special needs. Just another way Pamela goes above and beyond. Again, I couldn’t recommend Pamela with APExperts Pet Sitting enough. She’s simply wonderful!

      Pamela has been a phenomenal resource for my fiance and I as first time dog owners. I had/ have many questions regarding training, food, and medical care. Pamela is always available to help with these concerns; choosing APEXpert holistic care is selecting a 24/7 resource that you can reach out to. Pamela sends many photos and videos as well as texting when she arrives and leaves. I feel zero stress leaving the home because I know Pamela will provide exceptional care.       I was referred to Pamela last fall after striking out with two other services, but after speaking with her, I knew it was meant to be! It was immediately clear on the consultation call that we were on the same wavelength. I was a bit anxious since this was the first time we were going on vacation since adopting our kittens, Harry Dean and Evie. Pamela's intake process is so thoughtful and thorough and confirmed that we were leaving them in good hands. She provided timely and consistent communication throughout the trip, including notes, photos, and videos with hilarious commentary. Any lingering nervousness and stress melted away after our first update and we knew Pamela was taking great care of our babies! She is extremely professional, passionate, and kind.       We feel so comfortable leaving our cats with Pamela!  Highly highly recommend!  Cats loved her immediately and she provides all types of details and pictures of her time with the cats for us to enjoy while away.  She also provided medication to our older cat without issue and made sure the younger cats were sufficiently entertained!  She makes leaving a lot less stressful.

      We found Pamela because we needed help with our senior diabetic cat, Phoebe, so we could rest assured she was being well cared for while we were gone. Pamela took the time to discuss Phoebe over the phone before meeting in person. She was also able to provide a reference for us before we left. While we were out of the country, we received regular updates about Phoebe. Since this was the first time we left her for an extended period of time I felt very relieved. Having a diabetic cat means meals at a very specific time before her meds are administered. Finding a sitter that can administer meds was not an easy task for me. Pamela was very thorough and aside from text updates she also provided written notes. I would highly recommend Pamela to anyone seeking sitter help from a pet caregiver who goes above and beyond and truly cares for the animals she’s been entrusted to care for.

      Pamela took such good care of my cat during my trip. She is very attentive to detail and made sure that my cat felt comfortable, engaged, and well fed. She promptly sent photos/videos during each visit and also incorporated changes communicated throughout her visits.       Pamela took care of my dogs while we were away on vacation. She thought of everything (many things I hadn’t even considered) and delivered. She was the pet parent I strive to be everyday (yet don’t always achieve). She communicated with texts, photos and videos - I knew everyone was safe and happy, and I could enjoy my vacation.
